Stream all products matching a filter

/products/stream

Stream products using filters and sorting. Unlike /products/query, this endpoint has no result limit and returns all matching products.

When to use: Use this endpoint when:

  • Your query matches more than 10,000 products
  • The /products/query endpoint returns totalExceedsLimit: true
  • You need to retrieve all matching products regardless of count
  • You only need product ids (and the regional code) for a large result set — pass compact=true
  • You only need Medipim product ids — use /products/stream-ids instead

The compact path is served from the search index and does not hydrate full product documents, so it is substantially faster than a full stream.

The response is streamed as newline-delimited JSON (NDJSON).

Responses​

Successful operation. The response body is streamed as newline-delimited JSON: one JSON object per line, each containing a meta envelope and a result. Without compact, result is a full Product; with compact=true it is a ProductCompact.
